Research topics
Air quality assessment, mathematical modelling.
The focus of my work lies in the development and testing of
computer models for air quality assessment. This goes from air quality on global
scale (coupling of transport model and climate model), via the European scale (chemistry-transport
model LOTOS-EUROS), to modelling on a local scale
(street models).
My background is a study mathematics at the Technical
University Eindhoven and I have many years of
experience in modelling of groundwater and air
quality.
